📋 Description

• Lead a team of social media strategists and community builders • Develop and shepherd the success of a comprehensive social media & content marketing strategy aligned with brand, marketing, and business objectives • Serve as the senior thought leader on social media and content marketing trends, platform innovations, growth, and measurement best practices • Leverage analytics and insights to optimize campaigns and inform strategic decisions • Work cross-functionally with key partners across Brand, Integrated Marketing, PR, Product Marketing, and more to ensure how we show up across our content marketing platforms is consistent and on-strategy • Lead your team to be equal parts creative and analytical, providing creative partners with the right strategic inputs to develop work that breaks through the cultural zeitgeist and drives business impact • Provide constructive, actionable feedback to guide creative development and ensure efficacy of creative execution against our objectives

🎯 Requirements

• 12-15+ years of experience in social media • Proven experience leading large-scale social strategies for a major brand • Deep expertise in platform algorithms, emerging trends, channel best practices, and audience behavior • Data-driven mindset with fluency in social analytics, reporting, and performance measurement • Proven track record of building and scaling brands through creative storytelling • Comfort navigating fast-paced, high-growth environments with shifting priorities • Exceptional storytelling, communication, and stakeholder management skills
