📋 Description

• Serve as the tax lead for Hims & Hers' EMEA region • Manage quarterly and annual tax provisions for EMEA entities under U.S. GAAP and local statutory standards • Ensure timely and accurate preparation and submission of corporate income tax and indirect tax filings across multiple EMEA jurisdictions • Assist with withholding taxes and tax registrations • Support and manage tax audits, enquiries, and correspondence with local tax authorities • Partner with the U.S. tax team, corporate legal, and accounting teams on entity restructuring, transfer pricing documentation, and permanent establishment risks analysis • Monitor legislative and regulatory developments across the region and assess business impact • Develop and implement tax-efficient structures for new business and existing EMEA operations • Communicate status and issues to the Senior Manager, International Tax in the U.S. • Perform EMEA tax research and work with external advisers to support business initiatives • Maintain tax compliance calendars and documentation for robust control and risk management • Develop tax staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing training, and maintaining employee relationships • Work closely with external advisors and local finance/accounting teams

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or tax required • At least 5 years’ experience in corporate tax gained within a multinational organisation or Big 4/public accounting environment • Strong technical knowledge of EMEA direct and indirect tax rules, reporting obligations and tax accounting standards • Familiarity with transfer pricing principles and international tax frameworks, including BEPS and Pillar Two • Strong verbal and written communication skills • Ability to partner effectively with the U.S.-based tax team across time zones • Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, growing environment • Professional qualification in Tax, Accounting, or Finance, such as ACA or ACCA, preferred • Experience with US GAAP tax provision preparation and review (ASC 740) preferred
