📋 Description

• Define product strategy, scope, and roadmap for one or more product areas, such as RCM, workflow automation, clinical tools, or AI agents • Conduct discovery with healthcare practices to understand user needs and pain points • Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring products from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback • Analyze usage patterns, success metrics, and operational impact to inform continuous improvements • Help shape the culture and processes of the growing product team

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally in healthtech or enterprise SaaS • Strong product instincts and UX sensibility • Demonstrated ability to ship high-quality products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Comfort with ambiguity, curiosity about complex systems, and a bias toward action • Experience building tools for providers or back-office staff in healthcare settings (nice to have) • Exposure to revenue cycle workflows, EMRs, or healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7 and FHIR (nice to have) • Familiarity with AI-powered product development (nice to have) • Willingness to answer whether employer-sponsored work authorization will be required to work in the United States
