• Essential in supporting our client’s founder and CFO in managing high-impact projects and improving operational processes. • Lead key initiatives, tackle daily operational challenges, and help streamline processes to improve client experiences and company performance. • Redesign the client onboarding process, ensuring an efficient, client-friendly experience. • Organize and develop the partnership program, building and maintaining a structured list to strengthen alliances. • Support recruitment efforts, from candidate sourcing to interview coordination. • Solve day-to-day operational issues, like obtaining required documentation from clients and ensuring team members understand client needs. • Continuously identify and implement process improvements to optimize internal operations and service delivery. • Research new tools and software to enhance efficiency and client outcomes. • Partner closely with the founders, managing their workload and helping them keep strategic initiatives on track.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in a business consulting, finance, or operations role, ideally with DTC or startup experience. • Project management skills with a track record of implementing successful operational changes. • Financial acumen and experience in budgeting, forecasting, and KPI tracking. • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with experience coordinating across teams and stakeholders. • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
