📋 Description

• Host multiple weekly TikTok Live sessions that drive measurable engagement and sales. • Film, edit, and publish 3–5 native TikTok videos per week aligned with campaign goals. • Analyze content performance and iterate to improve reach, retention, and conversion. • Collaborate with marketing leadership to plan live calendars and trend-based content. • Uphold brand voice, aesthetic, and FTC-compliant creator standards.

🎯 Requirements

• 3 + years in TikTok content creation and live hosting. • Proven ability to film, edit, and publish native short-form video content. • Proficiency with mainstream mobile video editing software (CapCut, InShot, or TikTok native editor). • Reliable wired internet connection (25 Mbps +) with backup option. • Familiarity with beauty or consumer product categories.
