This position blends evaluation with creative writing, focusing on personality, engagement, and authenticity. • Judge AI responses for human-likeness, tone, and relevance • Label errors and tone mismatches with precision • Write dialogue samples in varied tones (insecure, casual, formal, witty) • Explain jokes, pop culture nods, and character archetypes clearly • Share feedback that improves AI’s personality and relatability
