📋 Description
• Build, test, and optimize automation workflows using Make.com, Zapier, and related tools • Integrate multiple apps, APIs, and data sources to streamline processes • Troubleshoot automation issues and ensure smooth execution • Collaborate with internal teams to scope, prioritize, and deliver automation projects • Document processes and create clear SOPs for recurring workflows • Continuously research and experiment with new AI tools and automation methods
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in workflow automation using Make.com, Zapier, or similar platforms • AI-native mindset: comfortable testing, adopting, and applying emerging AI tools • Basic coding skills (e.g., JavaScript, Python) a plus, but not required • Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and resourceful problem solver • Ability to work independently across multiple projects and deadlines • Previous experience in agency, SaaS, or automation-heavy environments a plus
