📋 Description

• Own client relationships and internal team coordination for a B2B GTM content studio • Serve as senior point of contact for a portfolio of B2B client accounts • Lead weekly client sync calls with agendas, updates, and follow-through • Anticipate and proactively address client concerns, delivery risks, and relationship friction • Translate client feedback and strategic direction into internal briefs and action items • Manage the internal team's weekly task list and track deliverables • Coordinate content, strategy, and production teams • Maintain visibility into active workstreams and catch issues before client delivery • Hold the team accountable to timelines, quality standards, and client expectations • Track projects across active client programs, including status, action items, and next steps • Build and maintain scalable account-management processes • Document client requirements, decisions, and program changes • Escalate risks, dependencies, and blockers to leadership with recommended actions • Prepare weekly status updates and program performance summaries • Maintain client communication cadence and provide progress updates

🎯 Requirements

• Proven senior-level experience in account management, client success, or project management in a B2B services or agency environment • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and internal workstreams simultaneously • Proactive problem identification and resolution • Ability to coordinate a team's weekly output and hold people accountable to deadlines and quality standards • Polished, professional, and responsive client-facing communication style • Updated resume • Short Loom video (1 to 2 minutes) introducing yourself and describing relevant experience • Loom video explaining how you handled a client deliverable at risk • Only candidates who submit a Loom video will proceed to the next hiring stage
