• Drive client retention and expansion for a scaling B2B company • Own the complete customer lifecycle from onboarding through renewal and expansion • Manage a portfolio of key accounts ensuring they achieve desired outcomes • Identify and act on growth and account expansion opportunities • Work directly with client teams and present to business owners and senior stakeholders • Collaborate within an integrated revenue team with access to senior leadership • Meet retention targets (goal: 95%+ client retention) and contribute to account expansion revenue • Participate in training and support provided by Reef and engage with the customer success community
