📋 Description

• Design scroll-stopping social ads and edit thumb-stopping videos for a large UK DTC e-commerce brand • Work directly with the UK team, owning complete creative campaigns from concept through to iterations and improvements • Consistently create high-performing content that drives improvements in CTR, CPA, and hook rates • Balance direct response performance with brand consistency, creating content that captures attention in the first 3 seconds while maintaining premium brand standards • Collaborate as part of an integrated marketing team with direct access to performance data and clear progression opportunities

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent spoken and written English • 5+ years experience in social media advertising design and video editing • Proven portfolio with direct response Meta Ads experience • Strong understanding of both performance marketing and brand building • Ability to maintain at least 4 hours daily overlap with UK business hours • Fast and reliable internet connection • Backup power supply • Own laptop or desktop suitable for creative work • Quiet working environment
