📋 Description

• Advise clients at management and C-level, identify links between IT and the business, and actively contribute to the strategic alignment of their IT • Lead IT sourcing and transformation projects to sustainably improve the cost structure, quality and scalability of the IT organization • Shape effective service delivery, increase the business value of IT, and support the introduction and continuous development of IT services • Provide technical leadership for consultants and support their professional development

🎯 Requirements

• University degree and at least five years of relevant project and consulting experience in IT service management, ideally including experience in a leadership role • Solid understanding of ITIL and other relevant frameworks, combined with experience in managing complex IT organizations • Strong strategic thinking, together with the ability to analyze complex contexts and derive practical recommendations for action • High degree of personal responsibility, a structured working style, and excellent presentation and communication skills (German: business fluent)
