• Achieving sales revenue goals within defined territory • Working collaboratively with commercial team members and cross functional departments • Responsible for end-to-end commercialization, including sales, support, and program management for HistoSonics technologies • Developing and executing business plans • Leading clinical and technical product demonstrations • Presenting and negotiating capital acquisition options • Implementing post sales installation, support, and adoption protocol • Supporting new customers in clinical adoption of HistoSonics technologies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or Healthcare related field • Minimum of 7 years of sales/clinical experience in the medical device industry • Minimum of 3 years of disruptive capital equipment sales experience • Must be able to meet all hospital credentialing requirements, including but not limited to, background check, drug screen and certain immunizations • Must be insurable and maintain a valid driver’s license • Must be willing and able to travel (by automobile or air, day trips and overnight stays) more than 75% of the time
