📋 Description
• Übernahme der Gesamtleitung von ERP- und CRM-Projekten im Microsoft-Dynamics-Umfeld • Planung, Steuerung und Koordination sämtlicher Projektphasen in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Kunden, Stakeholdern und Projektteam • Überwachung und Kontrolle aller Meilensteine, Projektcontrolling sowie Ressourcen- und Risikomanagement • Frühe Erkennung von Risiken und proaktives Handeln • Führung und Motivation des Projektteams zum Erfolg • Aufbau nachhaltiger und vertrauensvoller Kundenbeziehungen als erster Ansprechpartner
🎯 Requirements
• Fundierte Erfahrung in der Leitung großer ERP- und CRM-Projekte, idealerweise mit Microsoft Dynamics 365 • Beherrschung von Projektmanagement-Methoden (z. B. PMI, IPMA) und entsprechenden Tools; Zertifikate sind von Vorteil • Tiefes Verständnis betriebswirtschaftlicher Prozesse • Starke Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Führungskompetenz und Durchsetzungsvermögen • Hervorragende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift • Eine Macher-Mentalität: Du packst aktiv an und löst Probleme, anstatt nur zuzusehen
