📋 Description

• Role: Applications Engineer for Hitachi Energy Transformer/Power team; remote location with 30%-50% travel. • Focus on developing and supporting technical solutions tailored to customer needs in Hitachi's Transformers business unit. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, engage with customers, and drive solutions that deliver impact. • Engage directly with customers via calls or on-site visits to deliver tailored technical presentations and materials. • Foundational understanding of electrical engineering or experience with design engineering in transformer manufacturing facilities. • Location: Remote; Travel: 30%-50%. • Core responsibilities: Technical Solution Development; Customer Interaction; Sales & Marketing Support; Documentation & Analysis; Project Coordination.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering (or related field) • Minimum 5 years of experience in transformer components or related engineering field • Strong understanding of design, manufacturing, and testing processes • Proven ability to manage complex technical projects • Excellent communication and collaboration skills • Experience with customer-facing technical support is a plus
