📋 Description

• Assist in the execution of quality management systems, including audits, assessments, and corrective actions. • Support the development and implementation of continuous improvement initiatives across all departments. • Help track performance metrics and identify opportunities for process optimization. • Collaborate with the Global Service Organization(GSG) and cross-functional teams to identify quality gaps, recommend improvements, ensure compliance with internal and external standards. • Participate in root cause analysis and assist in implementing corrective and preventive actions. • Assist in training staff on quality and continuous improvement practices. • Support the preparation and review of quality documentation, including procedures, reports, and specifications. • Participate in quality inspections and process audits and help generate reports on findings. • Monitor industry trends and standards to ensure the organization remains competitive in quality and operational practices. • Provide general administrative support to the Quality and Continuous Improvement team as needed.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Business, Quality Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience). • Strong understanding of quality management systems, process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma), and industry standards (e.g., ISO, GMP). • Previous experience in a quality or continuous improvement role is a plus but not required. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. • Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional environment. • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Fluent written & spoken English. • An ability to work on your own initiative. • Driving license.
