📋 Description

• You will be trained as our site manager and will be responsible for maintenance and repairs • You represent the company as the primary contact on the construction site • You advise and support customers and colleagues and coordinate internal and external partners • You will become familiar with our products and conduct briefings during acceptance inspections • You prioritize safety • If you identify areas for improvement, you take initiative to drive change.

🎯 Requirements

• Completed technical training or a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering • Ideally, practical experience (e.g., apprenticeship, internships) • Passion for innovative energy technology systems • Willingness to travel and work on construction sites • Valid driving licence • German language skills at B2 level, or commitment to achieve B2 before starting (language course funded by us).
