📋 Description
• We are searching for a talented and creative individual to plan, create, and manage, successful digital marketing campaigns. • Hite Digital is a Digital Marketing Agency that is hyper-focused on People first and our Services second. • This position will manage up to 40 clients across different marketing channels like Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads. • The Digital Marketing Engineer is the lead strategist of the different marketing campaigns for our clients.
🎯 Requirements
• Fully Bilingual in Spanish & English • BS/MS degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field • 3 years of experience managing Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, and Meta Ads as a minimum • Highly creative with experience in identifying target audiences and devising digital campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking • Strong communication skills • Managing analytical software like GA4, Microsoft Clarify
