📋 Description
• Own Hive’s marketing website (Webflow) — maintain, update, and continuously improve performance and UX. • Implement technical SEO best practices (crawlability, site speed, schema, redirects, internal linking). • Build and optimize landing pages for paid campaigns, events, and product launches. • Collaborate with Design and Growth to bring new ideas to life quickly. • Partner with Rev/Marketing Ops to ensure accurate tracking and analytics across GA4, Tag Manager, and ad pixels. • Manage content hierarchy and on-site messaging consistency across marketing and product experiences. • Run A/B tests and CRO experiments to improve conversion rates and user engagement.
🎯 Requirements
• 5+ years managing B2B SaaS or marketing websites • Hands-on experience with Webflow (or a similar CMS like Wordpress) • Proven success with technical SEO and on-page optimization • Familiarity with GA4, Tag Manager, Search Console, and tracking setup • Experience building and optimizing campaign landing pages • Collaborative mindset and proactive communication
