📋 Description

• Provides expert consulting in data architecture and management. • Ensure database performance, security, and reliability. • Monitor database activity, performance, and resource usage. • Diagnose and resolve critical database issues. • Design, implement, and optimize complex data structures. • Develop load balancing processes to ensure high availability. • Maintain database security, apply patches, and monitor for threats. • Plan and execute DBMS upgrades and integrations. • Lead projects and mentor less experienced database staff. • Prepare recovery strategies and implement disaster recovery plans.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, or related field (or equivalent experience). • 6+ years of database design, maintenance, and performance tuning experience. • Strong knowledge of DBMS features, installation, and upgrades. • Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and communication skills. • Willingness to travel and work evenings/weekends as required.
