📋 Description

• Full ownership over client Meta Ads accounts (strategy, execution, optimization, reporting) • Writing high-converting ad copy and testing new creative angles • Working closely with designers + clients to push creative strategy forward • Analyzing results, finding insights, and communicating them directly with clients

🎯 Requirements

• 1+ years of Meta Ads experience in DTC eCommerce • Fluent English • Strong, analytical, proactive figure-it-out-mindset • Passion for marketing strategies, analytics and business principles • Experience with Shopify (bonus) • Experience with TikTok Ads (bonus) • Speak German (bonus)
