📋 Description

• Assist with the customer experience throughout the installation job life cycle • Perform technical measures, assess pre-existing conditions, and perform product affirmations • Conduct Job Site Inspections to review work quality and verify service provider badges • Meet with customers to ensure the installation experience meets The Home Depot standards • Resolve customer complaints and job-in-process items • Make or escalate decisions regarding project changes before work proceeds • Communicate regularly with customers and provide timely follow-up • Manage scope-of-work changes, add-labor items, material needs, open services, and Care Tickets • Manage all jobs within the assigned area and product category • Inspect work for compliance with industry construction standards • Document job scope changes and ensure timely closure of open services • Assist with customer inquiries and resolve jobs-on-hold • Initiate change-of-scope requests and use reporting systems to support customer experience and installation accuracy • Ensure all open items are completed to the customer's satisfaction

🎯 Requirements

• Must be eighteen years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Must pass pre-employment test if applicable • Construction/home improvement industry experience preferred • Prior experience managing residential home improvement install projects preferred • Bachelor's degree or equivalent degree in a field of study related to the job • 5 years of work experience • Strong time management and organizational skills • Strong negotiating skills • Strong business acumen • Problem solving and multi-tasking skills • Collaborative leadership skills where strong value is placed on partnerships • Requires intermittent periods during which continuous physical exertion is required, including walking, standing, stooping, climbing, and lifting material or equipment • Regular exposure to dust, fumes, or odors • Typically requires overnight travel less than 10% of the time
