• Drive execution of the Merchandise Protection Standards (MPS), Pick Ticket, and Lockup programs. • Review Front End Accuracy standards to include Accuracy/Theft and Fraud initiatives and G.E.T initiatives. • Ensure stores are driving a safety culture by promoting safety initiatives. • Ensure post orders are followed and understood by 3rd Party Guards. • Teach, coach, and train store leadership and associates on theft/fraud, operational shrink and shrink mitigation initiatives. • Conduct timely interviews for internal theft cases identified by MAPM or Central Investigations Team (CIT). • Build partnerships with local law enforcement.
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Licensure/certification to comply and requirement that varies by location
