• Ensures Asset Protection initiatives and programs are executed within the region • Analyzes and manages regional shrink performance • Detects, investigates, and resolves theft and fraud • Delivers shrink goals and ensures execution of Asset Protection processes • Coaches and trains field Asset Protection teams • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders
• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Working knowledge of presentation software (e.g., Microsoft PowerPoint) • Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work effectively with cross-functional teams • Ability to draw accurate conclusions from financial documentation • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with both internal and external customers • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • 4+ years of experience • LPC/LPQ certification preferred
