📋 Description

• Provide tailored suggestions and solutions through consultative selling to inspire customers • Build and maintain customer relationships while assisting associates and customers with sales and product inquiries • Support customers with door and window solutions, product customization, and Millwork project inquiries • Qualify customers seeking to customize Millwork products, generate leads, and warm-transfer them to Virtual Design Specialists • Assist with the online configurator tool, general inquiries, order status, vendor and store follow-up, online requests, and in-store leads • Make outbound follow-up calls and obtain payment • Facilitate inbound calls and qualify customers • Drive sales through consultative selling and contribute to personal and team sales goals via phone and/or online • Follow up with vendors and stores to expedite customer projects and communicate timelines • Perform other duties as assigned by the manager • Report to the Contact Center Supervisor

🎯 Requirements

• Must be 18 years of age or older • Must be legally permitted to work in the United States • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite • Previous Millwork product and sales experience preferred • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Ability to negotiate, handle complaints, settle disputes, and resolve grievances with internal and external customers • Consultative selling experience • Passion for providing excellent customer service • 3+ years of Design and Retail, Specialty Retail, Outside Sales, or Trade experience • Advanced knowledge of door and window design and installation • Ability to perform responsibilities with minimal supervision • High school diploma and/or GED • No previous leadership experience required • Certifications: None
