📋 Description

• Provide care for clients in Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel, Sandbach and surrounding areas • Support clients with daily tasks, including companionship and home help • Assist clients with a variety of personal support • Support clients travelling to routine appointments and days out • Prompt and support clients to take their medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider family • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback to support ongoing person-centred care • Work morning shifts (08:00–14:00) or late shifts (15:30–21:30) • Work 6 to 30 hours per week, with additional hours subject to availability and preference • Attend minimum one-hour calls and meet new clients in person • Work on the road

🎯 Requirements

• Caring nature • Great communication skills • Willingness to make a difference in someone's life • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Full UK driving licence and access to your own private vehicle • Ability to work as part of a team and complete lone working • Great time keeping • No prior care experience is needed; full training will be provided • Live within 15 miles of Northwich • Live in or around the Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach area • Right to work in the UK • Must work alternative weekends • Willingness to travel 100% • Permanent availability • Required to answer application questions regarding residence, sponsorship, personal transport, and motivation • UK Driving Licence (required)
