• Provide comprehensive care to our client who has multiple sclerosis, diabetes, and requires support • Maintain a vigilant presence throughout the night shift, ensuring the client's safety and comfort • Administer medication as prescribed and monitor the client's condition • Assist with the proper use and maintenance of the CPAP machine • Provide skilled care for the client's stoma and catheter • Assist with personal care tasks, such as toileting, bathing, and changing positions • Maintain accurate and detailed records of all care provided • Respond promptly and appropriately to any emergencies that may arise • Ensure a clean and safe environment for the client • Communicate effectively with day shift carers • Participate in ongoing training and development
🎯 Requirements
• Commitment to providing high-quality care for individuals with complex medical needs • Willingness to work night shifts (21:00 to 09:00) and maintain alertness throughout the shift • Physical capability to assist with personal care tasks and patient positioning • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise medical instructions • Excellent communication skills for effective handovers and record-keeping
