📋 Description

• Provide care and support for clients in their homes and surrounding areas • Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help • Assist clients with personal support • Support clients traveling to routine appointments and days out • Prompt and support clients to take their medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback supporting ongoing person-centred care • Work calls of at least one hour • Complete a variety of shifts, including alternative weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Live in or around the Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach area • Full UK driving licence and access to your own private vehicle • Ability to work as part of a team and complete lone working • Great time keeping • Caring nature • Great communication skills • Willingness to make a difference in someone's life • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • No prior care experience needed; full training provided • Live within 15 miles of Northwich • Right to work in the UK; visa sponsorship is not offered • Alternative weekend working is required • Access to personal transport, not public transport
