📋 Description

• Provide care for clients in Northwich and surrounding areas • Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help • Assist clients with personal support • Support travel to routine appointments and days out • Prompt or support clients to take medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback for ongoing person-centred care • Work a variety of shifts, including alternative weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Caring nature • Great communication skills • Willingness to make a difference in someone's life • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Full UK driving licence • Access to own private vehicle • Ability to work as part of a team and complete lone working • Great time keeping • No prior care experience needed; full training provided • Must live within 15 miles of Northwich / in or around Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel and Sandbach • Must have the right to work in the UK • Role does not offer visa sponsorship • Willingness to travel 100%
