📋 Description

• Provide care for clients in Northwich and surrounding areas • Support clients with daily tasks, companionship and home help • Assist clients with personal support • Support clients travelling to routine appointments and days out • Prompt and support clients to take medication • Build supportive relationships with clients and their wider families • Document completed tasks • Provide feedback for ongoing person-centred care • Attend calls of at least one hour • Work a variety of shifts, including alternative weekends

🎯 Requirements

• Must live in or around Northwich, Knutsford, Tarporley, Holmes Chapel or Sandbach • Must live within 15 miles of Northwich • Full UK driving licence • Access to own private vehicle/transport • Right to work in the UK • Willingness to travel 100% • Caring nature • Great communication skills • Willingness to make a difference • Can-do attitude and strong work ethic • Ability to work as part of a team and complete lone working • Great time keeping • Alternative weekend availability • No prior care experience needed; full training provided
