📋 Description

• Support older people to remain safe, happy and independent in their own homes • Provide companionship • Provide personal care • Prepare meals • Provide medication support • Assist with shopping and errands • Support clients to access the community • Help clients maintain independence and dignity • Build meaningful relationships with clients • Provide person-centred care during minimum one-hour visits

🎯 Requirements

• A driving licence and access to a vehicle is essential • Must have the right to work in the UK • Satisfactory pre-employment checks • DBS enhanced disclosure • Kind and compassionate • Reliable and committed • Warm and personable • Good communicators • Passionate about supporting older people • Able to work independently and as part of a team • Able to commit to regular and reliable working patterns • Evening availability from 4:15pm to 10:00pm • Able to work 3 set days per week • Able to work alternate weekends, Saturday and Sunday
