📋 Description

• Assist clients with personal care, including bathing, dressing and toileting • Provide companionship and emotional support • Support clients with mobility and medication prompts • Prepare meals and assist with light household tasks • Support clients to maintain their independence and daily routines • Provide attentive support during waking night shifts • Follow individual care plans and report any changes in a client's needs • Maintain accurate care records and visit notes • Work safely and follow company policies, safeguarding and health and safety procedures • Attend required training, meetings and ongoing development sessions • Support clients across Loughborough and the wider Charnwood area through live-in care, waking nights, and hourly morning and evening home care visits

🎯 Requirements

• A caring, compassionate and reliable nature • Previous care experience is desirable but not essential • Based in Charnwood or surrounding areas • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential for community-based care • Ability to obtain appropriate Class 1 Business Motor Insurance for work-related driving • Flexible and reliable availability • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build positive relationships with clients • Willingness to complete all required training • Full right to work in the UK • Digitally and technologically proficient • Full rights to work within the UK
