📋 Description

• Provide non-medical care and companionship to older adults • Build strong relationships and provide meaningful care without rushing • Foster a warm, welcoming environment that enhances clients’ quality of life • Document daily activities and report changes in clients’ needs or living conditions via the app • Communicate with office staff and the team • Work a two-weeks-on, two-weeks-off pattern, subject to availability • Stay in client-provided accommodation and receive meals or a food allowance • Complete training and shadowing visits • Support female clients following a complete introduction

🎯 Requirements

• High degree of flexibility • Commitment to meeting clients’ needs with care and kindness • Full UK driving licence • Access to a vehicle • Enhanced DBS disclosure required • Unable to offer sponsorship at this time
