📋 Description

• Answer incoming telephone calls from Care Professionals and clients • Respond to staff sickness and absence notifications • Arrange emergency cover for care visits when required • Support the smooth delivery of care services • Complete on-call records and handovers • Perform additional administrative duties when applicable

🎯 Requirements

• Excellent communication and telephone skills • Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills • Ability to work independently and make informed decisions • Previous care, coordination, customer service, or administration experience is desirable but not essential • Availability for Monday-to-Friday morning on-call periods from 6:00am to 8:30am • Availability for alternate weekend on-call periods from 4:00pm Friday until Sunday
