🎯 Requirements

• Strong communication skills in German (fluent written and spoken) • Ability to independently execute projects: from concept through implementation to success measurement • Ideally experience in the real estate industry • Strong digital affinity / internet literacy • Experience creating operations reporting • Ability to understand operations and translate them into quantitative metrics • Creation of pivot tables and data analysis in Excel (including macros) • Creative, problem-solving mindset • Precise writing style and strong analytical skills • Willingness to go the extra mile to achieve your goals
