📋 Description

• Hone is an online medical clinic transforming healthcare and enhancing longevity • The role involves evolving product quality, consistency, efficiency, and visual language • You'll create a unified set of design guidelines and principles • Collaborate with design, product management, and engineering to build exceptional digital experiences at scale

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in consumer product design • 2+ years working on design systems, ideally having built a design system 0-1 • Have an outstanding portfolio of consumer products that showcase attention to detail and strong foundations in typography, interaction, and visual design. • Mastery of Figma – auto-layout, variables, dev mode, component libraries, token management, etc. • Experience working with design tokens and theming. • Familiarity with accessibility standards (WCAG). • Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks. • Experience building systems that scale across multiple products and teams. • Excellent visual design sensibility and attention to detail. • Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit. • Experience working in healthcare or health tech is preferred
