📋 Description

• Develop and execute comprehensive planning strategies for new launches and expansion plans • Implement and refine planning and replenishment strategies • Partner with data teams to build dashboards/tools for insights • Collaborate with internal teams for timing, order management, and inventory allocations • Drive process improvement initiatives for effectiveness in inventory management

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fast-paced environment with strategic planning and operational leadership • Preference for e-commerce planning, inventory management, or supply chain management experience • Strong data analysis skills in sales forecasting and inventory optimization • Proven ability to develop and implement strategic plans that drive business growth and operational efficiency through planning function • Excellent communication skills to engage with senior leadership and cross-functional teams
