📋 Description
• Implement and improve the area's project management methodology, including creating and updating documents, templates, and tracking spreadsheets. • Ensure that all project information is organized and up to date in the project management tool. • Prepare periodic and ad hoc reports that reflect project status and progress. • Record and document meetings with internal teams, external partners, and clients, ensuring that decisions and actions are captured and followed up. • Conduct client training sessions on the use of tools and applications, ensuring their effective implementation. • Plan and coordinate activities and tasks between clients and internal teams, promoting alignment and efficiency. • Contribute strategically to the Resource Manager's activities in the area, optimizing available resources to maximize results.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related fields; postgraduate degree in Project Management is desirable. • Proven experience in project management, with knowledge of traditional, agile, and hybrid methodologies. • Advanced English (preferred). • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). • Experience with project tracking tools such as ClickUp, Trello, or similar.
