📋 Description

• Execute and manage original, persuasive, conceptual, and visually compelling design work in line with agency standards • Lead projects focused on storytelling through motion design • Collaborate with Creative Directors and Design Directors to exceed client expectations • Maintain and promote awareness of industry design trends and standards, with a focus on processes and tools • Inspire a positive creative culture and elevate the standards and quality of Design department work • Juggle multiple projects while maintaining clear priorities and pixel-perfect quality before client delivery • Set an example for junior design staff, accelerating skill progression through collaboration and knowledge sharing • Participate in projects throughout the lifecycle, including brainstorming concepts, developing campaigns, client presentations, prototypes, assets, and launch delivery • Develop visual presentations, storyboards, and prototypes for peers, leadership, and clients • Apply expert technical knowledge of digital production processes to deliver work on time and on spec

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of cutting-edge digital creative work • Expert-level understanding of typography and layout, campaign generation, brand identity, and social campaigns • Strong visual design foundation with a focus on systems design • Experience working with high-volume asset creation • Ability to work in a fast-paced agency environment • Case studies demonstrating experience working on recognizable brands • Expertise communicating brand narratives through storyboards/styleframes, illustration, or a combination • Experience developing novel concepts for motion design • Strong visual design capabilities • Proven record leading animation projects alongside animators • Strong proficiency in Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator • Knowledge of emerging interactive design trends • Active user of AI image generation tools • Curiosity about collaborating with evolving AI tools • Willingness to share skills and knowledge with junior team members • Outstanding communication and presentation skills • Resume and statement of interest required • Must be comfortable working around PST business hours
