📋 Description

• Serve as a strategic financial advisor and business partner to Executive Leadership Team and Senior Leadership Team members. • Partner with executive and senior leadership on financial strategy, planning, forecasting, and performance management. • Define, monitor, analyze, and report key business and financial metrics. • Lead development and presentation of Monthly Business Review and Quarterly Business Review materials. • Collaborate with leadership on financial plans, forecasts, and capital modeling activities. • Conduct complex financial analyses, modeling, and high-profile cost-benefit analyses to support strategic decision-making. • Prepare financial presentation materials for executive leadership, the Board of Directors, and rating agencies. • Lead management reporting efforts, identify key business drivers, quantify impacts, and translate results into actionable insights. • Lead cross-functional initiatives and research projects supporting enterprise financial strategy. • Oversee data integrity and accuracy and quality of financial analysis and reporting. • Lead, mentor, and develop financial analysts, fostering professional growth and analytical excellence.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred. • 15+ years of finance, accounting, FP&A, or business consulting experience. • Strong financial acumen and strategic business partnering skills. • Deep knowledge of insurance products, operations, financial reporting, and industry trends. • Exceptional analytical, communication, and presentation skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership. • Proven leadership experience developing teams and leading cross-functional initiatives. • Experience supporting Board of Directors and rating agency reporting. • Advanced financial modeling, forecasting, and business analytics expertise. • Demonstrated ability to influence strategic decisions at the executive level.
