📋 Description

• Lead and develop a high-performing team of Solution Architects across the Americas. • Build a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and accountability. • Drive presales strategy and execution across enterprise, mid-market, and channel segments. • Ensure customer engagements, demos, and proofs of value meet the highest standards of excellence. • Translate complex cybersecurity challenges into clear business outcomes. • Partner with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to align on strategy and execution. • Represent the voice of the field to influence product innovation and roadmap priorities. • Cultivate executive-level relationships to position Horizon3.ai as a trusted cybersecurity advisor. • Recruit, mentor, and develop world-class technical talent. • Use data-driven insights to measure impact and continuously improve team performance.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in cybersecurity presales, solutions architecture, or technical leadership. • Proven success building and transforming high-performing technical teams. • Deep expertise in offensive and defensive cybersecurity, vulnerability management, or threat detection. • Strong executive presence with the ability to influence technical and business stakeholders. • Passion for mentoring, developing talent, and driving organizational growth. • Exceptional communication skills — able to simplify complex cybersecurity concepts. • Experience partnering cross-functionally to deliver aligned customer and business outcomes. • Data-driven approach to performance management and strategic decision-making. • Strategic mindset with the agility to thrive in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
