📋 Description
• Support Roiback’s commercial operations and strategic initiatives • Review, draft, and negotiate all types of commercial agreements • Deliver legal training and share materials with commercial teams • Act as legal lead in strategic Roiback projects, providing early legal guidance and risk assessments • Manage and mentor internal team members • Improve and design contract templates, guidelines, and procedures • Oversee and coordinate external legal advisors across jurisdictions and act as primary liaison
🎯 Requirements
• Minimum 8 years of experience as an in-house legal counsel with focus on commercial or technology law • Proven experience working within and leading teams, with a track record of inspiring high levels of employee engagement • Hands-on experience with contract business volumes and pricing • Proficiency in tools such as Excel • Law degree from a reputable institution • Double degree in Business Administration strongly preferred • Business-level proficiency in both English and Spanish
