• Develop and implement long-term technology strategy aligned with business goals and regulatory requirements; • Advise CEO and Board on emerging technologies, digital trends, and opportunities for innovation in digital financial services; • Ensure compliance with Bank of Lithuania, European Banking Authority (EBA), and DORA ICT risk management standards; • Oversee technology infrastructure, outsourced development teams, and IT service providers; • Lead the delivery of secure, compliant, and user-friendly e-money products; • Maintain robust disaster recovery, business continuity, and incident response plans; • Support regulatory reporting on ICT security and operational incidents; • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to align technology initiatives with business priorities; • Monitor vendor performance and ensure risk management in third-party ICT services; • Contribute to IT assessments for new product approvals, analyzing technology and operational risks.
🎯 Requirements
• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or payment institutions; • Strong analytical, systemic thinking, and ICT risk management skills; • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (Bank of Lithuania, DORA, EBA); • Proven track record in cybersecurity and operational resilience. • Back-office technology stack proficiency: PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell scripting, SQL (SQL Server & SQLite); • Experience with data exchange formats: XML, JSON, CSV; • Ability to write, debug, and maintain scripts for automation and system management. • Strategic thinker aligning technology with business goals. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. • Able to work effectively with regulators, auditors, and external partners. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Lithuanian language skills are a plus.
