• University degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Engineering, or related field; • 5+ years of experience in fintech, banking, or payment institutions; • Strong analytical, systemic thinking, and ICT risk management skills; • Knowledge of regulatory compliance (Bank of Lithuania, DORA, EBA); • Proven track record in cybersecurity and operational resilience. • Back-office technology stack proficiency: PowerShell, JavaScript, Shell scripting, SQL (SQL Server & SQLite); • Experience with data exchange formats: XML, JSON, CSV; • Ability to write, debug, and maintain scripts for automation and system management. • Strategic thinker aligning technology with business goals. • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management. • Able to work effectively with regulators, auditors, and external partners. • Fluent in English (both written and spoken). Lithuanian language skills are a plus.
