📋 Description

• We're looking for a self-driven, collaborative, detail-oriented Business Intelligence (BI) professional to help us turn data into decisions. • You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to understand their data needs, deliver meaningful insights, and build reporting that drives action. • This is not a hand-holding role we need someone who takes ownership, thrives with autonomy, and knows how to manage priorities without constant direction. • You'll be managing stakeholders, spotting opportunities in the data, and ensuring accuracy in everything we report. • It is important that not only you are able to operate with autonomy but that you also quickly understand our business model and shape your own analysis without constant guidance. • What You'll Do: • Work with business teams to understand problems and translate them into usable data tools or insights. • Pull and analyze data using SQL and other tools. • Build clean, accurate dashboards and reports (using tools like Tableau, Metabase, etc). • Keep a sharp eye on data quality and make sure insights and data shared are reliable. • Manage requests and stakeholders with clear communication and follow-through. • Spot trends, patterns, and business opportunities on your own not just when asked. • Collaborate with other analysts, engineers, and business partners to improve reporting and data processes across multiple teams. • Help prioritize BI projects and maintain a healthy data request pipeline.

🎯 Requirements

• 4+years of experience in Business Intelligence, Analytics, or a similar role. • Advanced SQL skills you should be confident querying complex datasets. • Experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Metabase etc.). • Great communication skills • Great presentation skills • Comfortable with a multicultural environment and with different ways of working • Excellent attention to detail accuracy matters a lot in this role. • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills you’re comfortable saying no when needed and explaining why. • Highly proactive you take initiative and drive your own projects forward. • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and switching priorities when needed. • A mindset of ownership and accountability you don’t wait to be told what to do. • Bonus: Experience with Python, data modeling best practices, MixPanel.
