•Identify, design, and document test cases based on product requirements and specifications •Perform manual testing of primarily web applications (occasionally mobile) •Create and maintain detailed test documentation including test cases, test scenarios, and bug reports •Collaborate closely with developers, product managers, and other QA team members to ensure product quality •Understand and apply Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) concepts •Contribute to the development of test plans, test strategies, and test reports •Apply various testing techniques including unit, regression, exploratory, smoke, integration, and usability testing
