📋 Description

• Support the Programme Manager in planning and delivering change across the finance transformation programme • Design standardised finance processes and establish and embed them consistently across HSL entities • Develop the test approach and plan, including test scripts and cases aligned to new processes • Coordinate system integration testing (SIT) and user acceptance testing (UAT) • Manage defects and secure stakeholder sign-off • Lead data cleansing and enhancement activity to prepare information for migration • Plan and support cutover activity as entities move onto new processes and systems • Build relationships across Finance, IT and the wider business • Take on additional priorities as the programme evolves

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience delivering ERP implementation projects • Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience ideal; comparable ERP experience welcome • Strong working knowledge of finance processes • Hands-on test management experience, including SIT, UAT, defect management and test sign-off • Ability to take ownership of a workstream and deliver independently • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with Finance, IT and business stakeholders • Ability to remain organised and effective in a fast-paced, changing environment • Flexible, pragmatic approach and genuine interest in technology • Finance transformation or multi-entity standardisation experience advantageous • Experience of data cleansing, enhancement and migration advantageous • Accounting qualification such as ACA, ACCA or CIMA, or project management qualification such as PRINCE2, PMP or an Agile certification beneficial; equivalent practical experience equally valued
