📋 Description

• **Key Responsibilities:** • - Lead the functional design, implementation, and optimization of D365 Finance and Operations modules. • - Engage with clients to understand their business processes and provide strategic solutions that enhance operational efficiency. • - Facilitate requirements gathering sessions and translate business needs into functional specifications. • - Ensure that the solutions adhere to best practices and follow defined methodologies throughout the project lifecycle. • - Collaborate with technical teams to design and execute system integrations and enhancements. • - Provide mentorship and leadership to junior consultants and assist them in their professional development. • - Stay current with the latest D365 updates, features, and industry trends to provide valuable insights to clients and the team. • - Act as a trusted advisor and primary point of contact for clients during the implementation process.

🎯 Requirements

• **Qualifications:** • - Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. • - 12+ years of experience in implementing and managing Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O projects. • - Deep knowledge of financial processes including accounts payable, receivable, general ledger, and fixed assets. • - Proven track record of leading multiple end-to-end D365 F&O implementations. • - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage competing priorities. • - Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and stakeholders. • - Certifications in Microsoft D365 Finance and Operations are a plus. • - Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.
