• Support the trustees in developing a clearly articulated strategy for this new venture • Oversee operations, ensuring that efficient systems and processes are developed and setting up the entity for future scale • Oversee management of the property purchase pipeline, ensuring buildings and congregations undergo necessary due diligence while moving quickly • Maintain a pipeline of congregations and churches that provide opportunities for donor investment • Manage two part-time staff members alongside other advisors from within the HTB Group • Support fundraising, write proposals, and ensure thanking and reporting to donors takes place • Act as the senior point of contact within the HTB Group, ensuring that the entity works well with other areas of the group, especially Group Professional Services
• Experienced manager/leader – you will have held previous senior positions and be confident operating at board level • Excellent communication skills, written and verbal • Knowledge and understanding of the church context in the UK • Fundraising experience, including the writing and submission of proposals, and the negotiation of grant agreements
