📋 Description

• Tuning and optimizing AI models within SaaS platforms like Netsuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, etc. • Designing and maintaining scalable data architectures to support AI workflows • Building internal AI agents using MCP integrations for chat and workflow automation • Collaborating with commercial, customer service, and operations teams to identify AI opportunities • Leading cross-functional initiatives to embed AI into business processes • Monitoring model performance and retraining as needed • Documenting architecture decisions and maintaining technical standards

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with a proven track record of deploying models in production environments • Proficiency in Python and relevant ML libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn) • Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Familiarity with data pipeline tools and workflow orchestration (e.g., Airflow, Workato) • Hands-on experience tuning and integrating AI capabilities within SaaS platforms such as NetSuite, Hubspot, TalkDesk, Gong.io, or similar • Strong understanding of data architecture and model lifecycle management • Experience designing and implementing AI agents using API integrations and chained workflows • Strong communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally across technical and business teams • Demonstrated ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders in a fast-paced environment
