📋 Description

• Provide strategic counsel on global privacy and data regulations. • Monitor emerging laws and market trends to position HubSpot for future shifts. • Lead cross-functional compliance efforts for privacy and security regulations. • Partner with regulators and external counsel on privacy matters. • Align our privacy and data protection strategies with legal requirements. • Handle complex legal issues, providing practical solutions. • Support HubSpot and customers with expertise in global privacy regulations.

🎯 Requirements

• Qualified to practice law in the US. • Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, etc.). • Experience advising businesses on complex privacy matters at a law firm and a tech company. • Interest or experience with AI governance and emerging AI regulations. • Experience working with regulatory authorities and handling sensitive regulatory matters. • Strong ability to make sound decisions and develop relationships with team members. • Ability to remain current on evolving global laws and regulatory trends. • Business-oriented, proactive, well-organized, and appreciate autonomy.
