• Develop and manage annual, quarterly and monthly business plans for your territory • Recruit and engage new prospects through inbound and owned leads • Conduct qualification conversations with executives and department heads • Close new business and renewals, meeting or exceeding monthly quota • Sell via internal champions to various stakeholders as well as directly to executive leadership • Collaborate with marketing and product/IT teams to further develop HubSpot’s sales strategy around new features and products • Deliver online or on-site demonstrations of our products • Complete questionnaires and RFPs related to legal, security and procurement • Sell the full HubSpot CRM platform with a focus on the Enterprise edition • Work with internal HubSpot stakeholders such as legal, finance and security to satisfy complex contract requirements for our corporate customers
• At least 5 years of experience in a quota-driven sales role • Strong German and English language skills • Experience in a complex sales environment • Experience engaging C-level executives to drive change • Experience with large/key accounts • Experience managing a monthly and/or annual pipeline and producing accurate forecasts • Proven track record of exceeding monthly and annual targets • Trained and/or certified in a standardized sales methodology (e.g., Sandler)
